Light is out due to riser pole hit by car. We will repair once material come in to our warehouse. Per DJ/KJ 9/30/21

Work is complete, lights were out due to car hitting riser. At 1st ORN pole E/O Hawthorne Ave S/S of Brookland Park Blvd., Install new #4 URD cable with #6 bare ground from ORN 30360 TO 4046 including the riser. Work done on lamp #30360. Also SEC of Brookland Park Blvd pulled broken pole, dig hoe and set 35' class 4 pole. Install 110' #4 duplex from pole #4046 to #30920. Install 65' #4 duplex from pole 4046 to transformer pole N/S Brookland Park Blvd, Install 2" pvc for riser. Install 400/240 luminaire with 6' bracket on pole #4046. Work done by CH/JF/JL/JS/JT on 10/18/21.
