- Staff · September 28, 2021Spoke to resident. Outage is a part of Dominion cross arm break that took down Southside lights 3 weeks ago. DPU Steetlghts Superintendent Tracy Wright is aware of the remaining outages and is waiting for materials to complete repairs.
