Description

I'm re-entering my request from DPU000016356, as it was closed in error. This is not for 2912 Libby Ter, but that's the closest address. It's on the opposite side of the street where there IS no address, because it's just the sidewalk next to Libby Hill Park. The street light is not, in fact, fixed as the comment on the previous ticket had said. There's a badly broken gas streetlight. Has a warning sticker on it, so may be unsafe. Needs new glass globe too. See attached pictures.

This location doesn't belong to Street Lights, its' belong to COR, Customer Service division. It's a gas light that is out and work ticket has been forward.
