- Staff · September 19, 2022I spoke with Ms. Cortney on 9/19/22, she would like to have a driveway culvert installed in the rear of 5501 Hull St Rd. The business is at Neat Sweep at 5513 Hull St Road. Neat sweep has been using the driveway in the rear of 5501 and from Ms. Cortney they was given the rights by the old owners to use the driveway, I informed Ms. Cortney that she would have to get a permit to install the culvert and this request will be closed.
