Citizen is reporting flooding in their basement when it rains. During times of heavy rain both stormwater & sewage are backing up into her basement. During the recent heavy rain asphalt/dirt from recent construction around a DPU pole also washed in

However, there is lot of sediments from the construction which she stated she will clean herself but she wants to make sure that the problem is resolved at the root cause which is the street drains and she wants to make sure they are thoroughly so she does not get water in her basement.
