Description
Every time it rains water pools and sits for at least a week or more. Once water is gone it leaves a thick layer of mud/sediment. Causing large amounts of mosquitos and also makes it difficult for elderly neighbors to get in and out of their cars.

Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Also the location has low spot in the road that is holding water. Will transfer to DPW Road Maintained to assessed the location.
