Description
Storm Drain at the corner of Shenandoah St and Cutshaw Ave is stopped up and flooding. Drain is closest to 4400 Cutshaw Ave. Across the street is a RPS bus stop and when it rain it floods the area.

- Staff · January 6, 2022(temp) M.Gray and W.Mayo stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
- System · January 10, 2022Caller needs to discuss a storm drain concern..there's a request that was marked completed caller states the storm drain is still full of leaves and wasn't serviced....there are two storm drains the storm drain that wasn't done is the one closest to 4400 Cutshaw across from the bus stop. Caller wants to speak to the folks that was to have completed the job because water backs up at the bus stop where the kids get on the bus. (email sent to Sup for asst.)
