- Staff · October 11, 2021That light is out do to a Dominion pole replacement project. The light was disconnected by Dominion contract crews. We have multiple poles on W. Leigh Street that will need to be transferred from N. Lombardy Street to N. 3rd Street. Dominion failed to leave proper spacing on some of the poles making it difficult to transfer.
