- Staff · October 11, 2021This location is in the alleyway of parking lot belong to the Visual Art Center at 1812 W Main St. The citizen that live at 1811 W Floyd Ave is have flooding issue coming from the parking lot. The issue is private property issue. As citizen has install drained system on their property to relieve storm water coming from the parking lot, but water from the parking lot is still cause issue on her property.
