The ditch needs to dug out again, so the water can run smoothly. The ditch has become obsolete. Grass is replacing the ditch. People will be parking on my property. Someone has dug out a ditch in front of the empty lot next to my property. They left a pile of dirt in the ditch so it's standing water. The semi-ditch in front of my home is not working properly.
