Description

MS RANDOLPH STATES THAT THE BASIN IS CLOGGED AND GROWING GRASS AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT. EVERYTIME IT RAINS IT FLOODS AND DEBRIS FROM THE GUTTER IS ALL ON THE STREET
