Description

This is probably actually for a gas line. This particular cover sinks into the ground every 4 or 5 months. I have reported it several times over the years, and no doubt others have. In its current state, it will kill a bicyclist or skateboarder who happens over it. Thank you very much for your attention to this item.

    investigation into this request found a missing water valve box top that will need to be replaced. This request will be given to customer service to replace the top. No work by S/W or W/W crews is needed atthis time and this request will be closed
