Description
There's a large broken tree limb that looks like it fell out of the tree in front of 2912 Elwood Ave, and is resting on the street light cable running alongside the street. It is a very large broken limb, and looks like it's being held up by the crook of the tree and the electrical wire for the street lights (it's heavy enough that it's pulling the cable down with it).
