Description

Hello, we own a home at 3306 Kensington Ave in Richmond, zip 23221. With some of the rains we have had major issues with water over flowing the drain pipes and flooding in our basement. Also leaking of water from the foundation of cinder blocks. I called your office and was told that the city knew of drain water issues in that area and were “working “ on it. How do I find out more about the problems and solutions for this problem? I would appreciate your input about this problem. Thanks much, Kline Bolton The form drop-down does not allow me to answer accurately re the problem of flooding basement
