- Staff · September 29, 2021L.Lockett , this location had 7 of 7 that were inspected for clean and service. 7 of 7 needs service and is marked. Trash and Debris. This location basin have no visual issue has it only floatabletrash and it mostly likely not effected the drain at this location to cause flash flooding at the level that was explain to me by the citizen this could but a surcharge to the basin due to amount of storm water came to the location at one time.
