Description
There's a hole in the street; the street is collapsing and there's a pipe below...sink hole forming near a manhole. A cone was placed over it...Caller states it's at the end of the 700 Block and beginning of the 800 Block of Spottswood Rd. Caller states this was reported before but no one has showed.
