- Staff · October 15, 2021M This is note a damage basin. D. Rivers assess this location and spoke with the citizen Ms. Hall. Found easement in rear & on side of property overgrown with vegetation. Found wire from utility pole down on the ground during the assessment. City advise of the next step to completed this service request. Immediate action: Wire down appear to be verizon or comcast not VA Power. Contact made to appropriate person to contact utility companies to assess down wire.Storm Drain Problem
