Description
The City has a 16-foot drainage easement (ditch) across mine and my neighbors property that needs to be cleared of debris so stormwater runoff stops flowing across our properties. When are you guys going to address this situation? A work order was created over a month ago. Thanks Hey. Since you guys can't be bothered to address this issue, I am just gong to plug up the upstream end of the pipe to stop the run-off from flowing across my property. Don't worry about it. I've got it.
