- Staff · September 14, 2021I met with Mr. Burnside on 8-17-21. His concerns, include an area approximately 3 x 5 ft of slight erosion, on a section of the ROW berm on the Brookland Blvd. side of his residence. The area is between the curb and the sidewalk. There are 2 trees that are in very poor condition, adjacent to this area. Mr. Burnside informed me that he has also contacted the City in referencing that these trees are a potential public safety hazard. Mr. Burnside agreed that it would make sense to await the "removal" of these trees, which will probably include regrading and stabilizing this berm, at that time.
