Description

The SE corner drain of Rowland and Floyd has not functioned properly for some time. You usually send a vac truck but it doesn't fix it. I dug out the SW corner myself 3 years ago but it might be time again for that one too.

    N.Sumpter,W.Mayo, and S.Crews stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.Per, Mr. Sumpter this location has major root issues that is leading to the flashing flood and slow draining of the storm-water at this location may need be reconstruction by DPU Engineers .
