Description
The area around the sewer plate/manhole cover has caved in, resulting in a two-feet deep hole in the area that should be the sidewalk (currently grassed). It is right at the corner where Carrington turns onto 24th street under a tree.

- Staff · January 26, 2022It was discovered at this location a cavitation behind the inlet approx. 3ft. away from the inlet top and another cavitation next to the curb and against the side of the inlet. the viod is over four feet deep and extending under the curb and gutter pan.
