Description

When it rains it floods. It also floods over the citizens driveway.The basin has become clogged or filled with dirt...... Please assist the citizen with this issue. The culvert is on the front of 3720 Hastings Drive.

    The ditch needs to be cleaned and the driveway culvert needs cleaning and may need to be replaced. A little vegetation needs to be cut.

    Follow up by David Wild When digging out dirt to make a right away drain. Please place the dirt to the left side of the drive, between driveway and fence. Escalated to supervisor.

    I have left message with homeowner that I have put schedule to open ditch cut vegetation and clean out pipe with high pressure water.

    Driveway culvert was cleaned using the high pressure water method to ensure a positive flow. Culvert is clear of debris and water is flowing correctly.
