  Vegetation needs cutting and the ditch needs cleaning between 5710 & 5724. Due to COVID-19 a time frame cannot be given at this time when the work will be completed.

  DPU Storm Water Maintenance Division completed this request by clearing overgrown vegetation from easement between 5710 Orcutt Lane & 5724 Orcutt Lane. Contact was made with Mrs. & Mr. Lane by D. Joyner &D. Rivers. Citizen requested shrubs on the side of 5724 be cut down as well. Crewmembers onsite on 7/12/2022: M. Hurt, E. Morton, R. Cosby, R. White & D. Joyner. All areas affected during this work was restored to include applying grass seed. Note: Citizen noted pass requested to pipe in ditch channel with Councilman OConnor & Councilwoman Hegdepeth. Request has been shared with Councilman Jones liasion Ms. Thaxton to include work completed. Citizen advised that a Engineering assessment is request to determine if the request is feasible. GIS documentation & photos will be sent to appointing authority to consider citizen requests.
