L.Lockett , this location had 3 of 3 that were inspected for clean and service. 3 of 3 needs service and is marked. Trash and Leaves Broken blind cap and Basin on Overbrook mouth need to cut to letwater access the basin Basins Repair supervisor has be notify about the location.

DPU Storm Water Utility Division completed this location on 10/5/2022 by cleaning (2) inlets / grates at 300 Block of Overbrook & cleaning the lateral connection with high pressure water to restore positive drainage. DPU Crew Chief N. Sumpter & crew members: W. Mayo, C. Crews, C. Jordan & J. Gaiters completed this service request. However the mouth of the inlet needs to be cut open. Request reassigned to A. Riccio to assess & update.

The storm drain at this location has been cleaned and the pavement covering the mouth cut away. The inlet is operating correctly with no further issues.
