Description

I believe the wire is no longer live but has come loose and is strung among the street trees. A crew came out some months ago and got it off the public sidewalk but has not returned to remove it or re-connect it to the poles.

    Upon investigation on 8/2/21 by DJ/KJ no wire hanging, the #4 duplex is fine not low
