Description
I submitted a ticket in August 2020. It took for someone to come out on July 28, 2021 and mark the job completed when nothing was done. I will be contacting NBC 12 and CBS 6 news because this is ridiculous! The water stands because it cant flow!

- Staff · August 9, 2021investigation into this request found the concrete easement in need of cleaning from the side of the residence down into the wooded area to improve water flow to this area. This location will be given to supervisor for work scheduling
