- Staff · September 25, 2021CityWorks 442032 is the request that will remain open until work is completed. Request is related to 1624 Brittwood Dr. D. Rivers spoke with homeowner as well during onsite assessment. Vegatation alone chain link fence needs to be remove and concrete valley gutter cleaned out. During assessment Mr. Floyd mention problem with storm water run off in driveway area. Driveway culvert was open with no obstruction found during assessment. Crossroad culvert was open with no obstruction found during assessment. Recommend removing existing asphalt over driveway and installing new asphalt apron with a berm or small depression (valley) to divert water to drainage ditch. All recommendation have been shared with Mr. Flody.
