Description

Citizen stated that sometime in March/April, there was a police chase and during that time, one of the sewer was hit and city came and cleaned it and placed the RED cones by the sewer and its is still open and cones are the only thing that are around it and some one needs to come asap and fix this issue. corner of 2nd and Pollock
