Description
This is a follow-up to DPU000014834. That job was declared completed on July 19. But on July 17, the storm drain on at E Broad Street and 31st Street backed up again, flooded entirely over the sidewalk again and spilled down the sides of my property again. This time, I was able to partially block the flow by using boards as makeshift floodgates. To the extend that the street did drain, it was in part because I was using a broomstick to try to clear the flow into the storm drain. Please see the attached photos, which were taken after the storm, when the sun was out.
