Description

Streetlight was knocked down and broken at base. Someone came by and took away the broken piece but mistakenly marked the issue as Completed on issue #DPU000015163. As you can see from the photo, only the stub remains.

    Work is complete, installed a new 12' Granville pole, install existing globe and ballast with fitter. Work done by MF/JF/JT/JS on 7/22/21. Previous ticket DPU000014163 was complete for the night crew removed the broken pole and left the base. The night crew forward location for another crew to come out to install a new pole.
