M The storm drain at this location has been cleared of debris and although it will probably work correctly for now it is only a matter of time before it is binded up again. There is only a six inch outlet pipe' approximately one foot long emptying out the rear of the storm inlet into a drainage ditch and wooded area behind. There is enough debris gathered in the street gutter line to either side of the storm inlet to cause another backup during the next rain event. There is an attached GIS image and this explanation refers to the inlet circled in purple.

Location was assess by DPU Field Supervisor A. Riccio the 2 of 2 basin had some debris and sediment in the basin itself. but the street itself has build up sediment and is hinder the stromwater flow freely into the drop inlet. Will transfer request to DPW Street Cleaning to assess the area.
