Citizen is reporting an issue with the road way. It is sinking in across the entire width of the street. Spoke with Robert in DPU .....he stated that this had been assessed on 7/12/2021 and it is considered a storm water drain issue. This is located near Germain and Powell Road.

  Upon my investigation there is a 6 inch round hole in Street crossroad pipe on outflow side is 3/4 full inflow side it’s quarter full need to clean out pipe Is a 18” x 37’ crossroad
