- System · July 16, 2021Caller phoned back in to complain that ditch issue had not been resolved, & reported ongoing issues with flooding during rainfall that extends into her private property. As per ticket DPU000005741: "The concrete ditches was clean, the culvert at 4135 needs cleaning and is on a different request. This request will be closed." Caller states she had spoken to DPU employee Mr. Hite & was told issue would be resolved by March 2021
