Photo attached of the streetlight is from Google in 2014 before 7 years of more growth for the Red Tip Photinias which should be removed! Area is very dark getting into garages at Night.

- Shrubs in alley block streelight behind 3210 West Franklin Street. Shrubs on north side are 30 feet tall and extend across the alley to the south edge of alley and creates UNSAFE zone for single woman returning to the garages at night. It is dark and unsafe from the blocked streetlight.
