ON LIBBIE AVE, IN FRONT OF THE 7-11 on 321 LIBBIE AVE, RICHMOND VA. 23226 IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED IN THE PAST BUT, ITS SINKING BACK INTO THE GROUND. THIS IS A CONGESTED TRAFFIC AREA AND IT CAN BE VERY HARD TO AVOID.
