Description

There are two missing or damaged utility hold covers at this corner. One is on the road and is completely missing. The other is in between the sidewalk and the road and is crumbling and half-missing. When taking photos, I realized there are actually 4 problematic covers. The one between the sidewalk and the road might be 12 inches, not sure. The three in the road are smaller than 12 inches but still look problematic. photo of the one between the road and the sidewalk - my children walk near here so this is the most troubling, it is collapsing and anyone stepping on it would have a foot fall right through.
