there is a hill that leads to the railroad tracks and a storm drain outlet that leads in a creak. there is vegation and trees that are clogging the outlet

    There is debris blocking the ditch that needs to be removed and the sides of the concrete gutter needs to be filled in.

    The ditch was cleaned and the debris were removed that was blocking the ditch and the vegetation was cut around the guard rail.
