The storm drain in the alley behind 1225 W Cary St is completely covered with dirty/mud. The alley flood when it rains.

    Talk to citizen about the issue at this location at is alleyway grate that get clogged or block up with sediment or trash. Various issues are this location to flood the grade of the alley has low spot,also tree at the location is push up the grate so it is not leave with flow of the alleyway. The grate itself is not flush with the grate case.
