- System · August 17, 2021Still waiting on a response from Margaret Freund/ Fulton Hill Properties, the owner. Will try to touch base again today..No C.O. has been issued for this property and none will be issued until this gets resolved.
- System · August 17, 2021Spoke with property owner (M. Freund) who assured me that all aspects of construction of addition has been inspected properly and approved by various departments (PDR,DPW). At this point, to have made a proper evaluation, Water Resources should have been involved from the start of this project. However, since this is classified as "renovation" and not land disturbance, no CO approval is required from us. Any undermining of Mr. Horton's property should have been brought to the attention of PDR before this project was completed. Building permit was issued on 4/19/2018 but our department was not notified until job was completed. At this point, there is nothing Water Resources can do.
