Description
My friend fell through one of these water meter covers. This cover was on the hole and she fell through it. She could have broken her leg. We looked on the same block and there are at least three other holes that are the result of water meters not being covered. These need to be all fixed. What if an elderly person steps on one of these? What if anyone steps on one of these and gets injured? Please fix this and inspect the others.
