- Staff · March 6, 2022There was leaves in the ditch and I explained to the citizen that it was there responsibility to get leaves up and they said that they were going to remove them today. The driveway culvert was covered and ismatted with roots and 20 feet of culvert may need to be replaced when ditch maintenance is done.
