    equest will be relay to Field Supervisor for assessment please allow time 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact requester upon completion of assessment. Was inspected by M.Hurt, M.William and W.Deyo, location had low line in the street ditch and drop inlet had no visual issue when assessment was made on 6-22-21.
