Description

Citizen states that he was told that a street light is going to be placed : 3224 / or 3226 Stuart Avenue. He states that the light would cause damage to the tree that's there. He was wondering if a gas light could be placed there, so that the tree would not have to be removed. He also feels that the light would be shining in his bedroom
