Description
I reported this location once before and the manhole cover was put back. There is the smell of sewage at the SE corner of the large building that's at the corner of Williamsburg Ave & S 31st St. I lifted some tree branches and noticed that the manhole cover is not over the manhole. At this same location is a Farm Fresh shopping cart that the store doesn't want to pick up because they now use a different type of cart. I recently spoke w/ a manager at Richmond Habitat ReStore - Northside, 1901 Roane St, Richmond 23222; 804-228-1305. He's willing to take the cart but I have no way of bringing it to him. It'd be great if the crew that puts the manhole cover back could bring the shopping cart to ReStore. Thanks!
