Description

Hi, I live at 409 N 3nd and part of my front flower bed on the sidewalk is caving - I can see that the hole is below the sidewalk - I have stuck a probe down and it looks to go around 2 feet in - I can concrete up my flowerbed no problem but that doesn't solve the issue thats under the sidewalk. Please advise how to proceed.
