Description

Basin is clogged- the previous ticket reported was cleared as completed and work has not been done. Drain is completely closed, no water can pass. See photos for the regulation size envelope for scale in the photos attached.

    Per Crew Chief, N. Sumpter stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
