- Staff · June 14, 2021All Dominion maintained lights in area. Lights located on private property (i.e.: parking lots) are Private Watch Lights and are paid for by the property owner to Dominion and owned by the property owner and only the property owner can request the light to be repaired. If the lot is vacant, it is possible the owner has stopped paying for the light and the light has been simply turned off. Resident can contact Dominion directly at 866-366-4357 with the pole number to report the light.
