Description
There are no storm drains on the 3900 block of Midlothian Turnpike and during storms, water ponds on the street creating a hazard for motorists. The residents on the downslope side of the road experience flooding in yards, basements and crawl spaces. I realized yesterday that there are some storm drains at the end of the block near the church and one that seems blocked a few houses down from the church, but the other end of the block closer to the high school doesn’t have any storm drains.
