Storm drain culvert pipe underneath caller's driveway has issues with draining, flooding problems due to trash and vegetation clogging the drain and damaging the ditch/causing vegetation to grow

outfall ditch needs to be opened up and pipe jetted to restore proper drainage to this location. trackhoe will be needed to perform work here. This request will be given to supervisor for work scheduling
