The address is also currently under construction as a home is being built which may or may not be a contributing factor to the inlets condition. NOTE: No construction storm inlet sock was being used nor was there any type of barrier in place to deter unwarranted material from entering the storm inlet. The "Description" shall be changed to "Storm Drain Problem".
